Terms of Use for Hilma Brush

1. Ownership and License

The Software is provided free of charge and is licensed, not sold, to you. The copyright and all associated rights to Hilma Brush remain with Aftercompute AB. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. No Data Collection

Hilma Brush operates entirely offline and does not use any network functionality. As a result, no personal data or user-generated content is transmitted, collected, or stored by the Software or Aftercompute AB. Any data created or stored using the Software remains solely under your control and ownership.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Software at your own risk. Aftercompute AB assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, damages, or losses that may arise from your use of the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, hardware damage, or any other issues related to the use of the Software.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Software in any way.
• Distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software without prior written permission from Aftercompute AB.
• Use the Software for any unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Aftercompute AB expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Termination

The license granted to you for the Software will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Updates and Support

Aftercompute AB is under no obligation to provide updates, maintenance, or support for the Software. Any updates provided in the future will be subject to these terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

Aftercompute AB reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gothenburg, Sweden.
